We do believe that from the moment that we did experience a temporary issue with hot water (warm water was efficient of course) on the specific day, our teams did their utmost to solve it and technical department was involved. Since it was not solved as soon as expected we did proceed immediately to a refund of that day and after you agreed you asked for an additional refund for the breakfast that you would miss due to earlier check out. "Extremely comfortable and clean. That shower was a dream after 24hrs of flying. It’s a very modern hotel so it took me a while to work out how to open the blinds and turn on the lights. Bed was lovely and soft, room was quite spacious and bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast is excellent, so many options and very attentive staff. Great location, I could walk to everything important."

"Just a lovely small hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, showers are amazing and beds are really comfortable. We had a view of the Acropolis. Centrally located we were able to walk out and immediate be close to shops, restaurants and historic sites. Highly recommend."
